1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only under the conditions specified in this policy and are subject to verification and approval by Namit Arora CA Classes.

2. Course Cancellation or Non-Delivery

In the event that Namit Arora CA Classes cancels a course or is unable to deliver the services for which a student has made payment, a full refund of the applicable course fees will be issued.

3. Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted in writing or through the official refund request process communicated by the institute. Each request must include the following details:

  • Student’s full name

  • Course enrolled

  • Reason for requesting the refund

  • Supporting documents (if applicable)

Incomplete requests may delay the refund process.

4. Withdrawal by the Student

If a student voluntarily withdraws from a course, refund eligibility will depend on the timing of the withdrawal:

5. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Registration fees

  • Administrative charges

6. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund request is approved, the eligible refund amount will be processed within 30 working days from the date of receipt of a complete and valid request.

7. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be credited through the same payment method used during enrollment, unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.

8. Refund Disputes

In case of any disagreement regarding refund eligibility or amount, both parties agree to first resolve the matter through mutual discussion and clarification.

9. No-Refund Exceptions

No refunds will be provided in circumstances not explicitly mentioned in this policy, unless required under applicable laws.
